PA-Comnet
Do we help invent the future or do we wait and let it happen to us?
The Last Mile | Core Beliefs | Choices | Technology | News Stories | Links | Discussion

"The Last Mile" refers to the developing communications infrastructure that will link every household and business in our community to the current fiber loop( SF Chron Thursday, June 26, 1997, View Map). Just as streets, water, waste disposal, electricity, telephone service, and cable TV are available to everyone, it is essential that every household and business in our community have access to this communications infrastructure sooner rather than later.

PA-Comnet, ConXion Corp., MPAC, Community Center Neighbors Association, Palo Alto Medical Foundation, Coolware, Inc., the Palo Alto City Library, Palo Alto Weekly, Ondas, Barron Park Association, Palo Alto Dept. of Arts and Culture, Cable Co-op, Midtown Residents Association, The Palo Alto Civic League, and the Palo Alto Chamber of Commerce are sponsoring:
